Single-serve is where functional products are growing. Stick packs, sachets and portion cups go anywhere: a pocket, a gym bag, a lunch box, a meal kit. Every serving is portioned exactly, samples well and stands out on shelf.

Gummies that do more than taste good.
We developed and patented a leading gummy for diabetic consumers. We know how demanding functional and sugar-free gummies are to produce, and we run them with that experience.
Functional gummies are harder than they look. Actives change flavor, texture and set. Sugar-free bases behave differently from standard ones. Heat, moisture and time all work against you. We produce gummies with those realities in mind, so the product you approve in samples is the product your customer opens months later.

Discovery

Production trials
We run your formula on our equipment to confirm it fills, seals and holds up the way it should. If anything needs adjusting, we show your formulator exactly what and why.
Samples and pilot
You taste, test and approve bench samples. Then we run a pilot batch on the actual line so there are no surprises when we scale.
Packaging and artwork
Film, pouches, cartons and labels are designed and sourced through Vestis Pack, our packaging partner, so packaging is ready when production is.
Production
Your product runs on our own equipment in Cincinnati, with batch records and quality checks at every step.
Fulfillment and reorders
Finished goods can go straight to KWI, our fulfillment partner, for storage, pick-pack and freight to Amazon, retail and direct-to-consumer. When it's time to reorder, we already know your product.

Common questions
What formats do you manufacture?
Liquid stick packs, sachets, spouted pouches, functional gummies, portion cups and bottle filling. All six are in production today.
Are you a GMP manufacturer?
Yes. We manufacture under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), with documented batch records and lot traceability on every run.
Where are you located?
Our manufacturing facility is in Cincinnati, Ohio. We work with brands across the United States.
Do you need our formula?
Yes. You bring the formula and specs, and we manufacture to them. If you don't have one yet, we can point you to formulation partners we know.
Is our formula kept confidential?
Yes. Your formula is used only to make your product. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share it.
We already have a product with another manufacturer. Can you take it over?
Yes. We regularly take over products that need a new home, and we've rescued programs that went wrong elsewhere. We'll review your formula, specs and packaging and tell you what it takes to move.
Can you handle packaging and fulfillment too?
Yes, through our partner companies. Vestis Pack handles custom film, pouches and cartons. KWI handles warehousing and fulfillment. You can use one, both or neither.
What will it cost to make our product?
Cost depends on the format, the formula, the packaging and the order size. After a discovery call we'll give you a quote built on your actual product, along with options that can bring the unit cost down.
How long does it take to launch?
It depends on your product and packaging. Once your formula and specs are in hand, we run samples and a pilot, then schedule production. We build every timeline backward from your launch date, including packaging lead times.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimums vary by format and packaging. We'll walk through them on the discovery call and help you plan a first order that fits your launch.
