Modified atmosphere packaging.
Oxygen is what makes food go stale, brown and spoil. With MAP, we flush the air out of each cup with a protective gas mix right before the lid is sealed.
Fresher longer
Less oxygen in the cup helps protect flavor, color and texture.
Longer shelf life
Extra shelf life gives your distributors and retailers more time to sell.
Less waste
Product that lasts longer means fewer write-offs and returns.
Cleaner labels
MAP can help some products rely less on preservatives. Your regulatory advisor confirms what your label can say.

Portion cup questions
What can you fill in a portion cup?
Liquids, sauces, dips, spreads, dry snacks, nuts, gummies and candy. If it fits in a cup, we can most likely fill it. Send us your product details and we'll confirm the fit and the best way to fill it.
How do you fill dry products and gummies?
Dry products and gummies are carried up by an incline elevator into a multihead weighing scale. The scale combines portions from its weigh buckets to hit your target weight, then drops each portion into a cup.
How do you fill liquids and sauces?
Liquids, sauces and spreads are dosed into each cup on the rotary filler, then heat-sealed with lidding film in the same cycle.
What is modified atmosphere packaging (MAP)?
MAP replaces the air in the cup with a protective gas mix before the lid is sealed. Less oxygen in the cup helps food stay fresh longer, holds color and texture, and can extend shelf life.
Can you print our brand on the lid?
Yes. We seal with custom printed lidding film, sourced and designed through our packaging partner Vestis Pack. Your brand is on every cup.
Do you supply the cups?
We can source cups and lidding film for you, or run your own if they fit our tooling. We'll recommend options during your quote.
Can you take over a cup program from another co-packer?
Yes. Send us your product, cup and film specs and we'll run trials on our line before your first production run.
What are your minimums?
Minimums depend on the product, cup and film. We'll walk through them on a discovery call and help you plan a first order that fits your launch.
Have a product that belongs in a cup?
Send us your product and target volume. We'll come back with cup, film and fill recommendations and a quote.
