Why liquid stick packs
Liquid stick packs are one of the fastest-growing formats in functional nutrition. They're slim, portable and easy to open, and each pack delivers an exact dose. Customers can take them anywhere without measuring, mixing or carrying a bottle.
For brands, stick packs sample well, merchandise well in cartons and countertop displays, and ship light. They work for products taken straight from the pack and for concentrates mixed into water.
Liquids are also harder to fill well than dry products. Viscosity, temperature, seal integrity and fill accuracy all matter. Our form-fill-seal line forms the pack from roll film, fills it and seals it in one continuous process, giving you a clean, consistent pack every time.

Discovery
We start with your brand, your customer and your goals. What should the product do, who is it for, where will it sell, and what does it need to cost? The answers shape every decision after this.
Production trials
We run your formula on our equipment to confirm it fills, seals and holds up the way it should. If anything needs adjusting, we show your formulator exactly what and why.
Samples and pilot
You taste, test and approve bench samples. Then we run a pilot batch on the actual line so there are no surprises when we scale.
Packaging and artwork
Film, pouches, cartons and labels are designed and sourced through Vestis Pack, our packaging partner, so packaging is ready when production is.
Production
Your product runs on our own equipment in Cincinnati, with batch records and quality checks at every step.
Fulfillment and reorders
Finished goods can go straight to KWI, our fulfillment partner, for storage, pick-pack and freight to Amazon, retail and direct-to-consumer. When it's time to reorder, we already know your product.
Questions about liquid stick packs
Can you fill thick products like honey or gels?
Yes. We fill liquids, syrups and gels. During trials we test your product's viscosity and dial in the fill process so it fills cleanly and dispenses well.
Do you supply the film?
Yes. Custom printed roll film is sourced through Vestis Pack, our packaging partner, and matched to our line. You can also supply your own film if it meets our specs.
Can you move a bottled product into stick packs?
Often, yes. We'll trial your current formula on our stick pack line and tell you if it runs as-is or what your formulator should adjust.
How are stick packs packed out?
Typically in retail cartons by count, display boxes or bulk case packs, depending on your channel.
