Formula
Decide whether the product is taken straight from the pack or mixed into water. That choice affects concentration, flavor intensity and serving size. Electrolyte blends can taste salty or bitter, so flavor development matters.
Fill and viscosity
Thin liquids, syrups and gels each fill differently. The formula's viscosity affects fill accuracy, how cleanly the pack seals and how easily it pours out. These are tested in production trials and on a pilot run.
Film and pack size
Pack size follows serving size. Printed roll film carries your branding and needs to match the filling equipment. Film choices also affect how well the pack protects the product over its shelf life.
Cartons and retail
Stick packs usually sell in cartons by count or in countertop displays. Plan carton artwork alongside the film so the full package launches together.
Fulfillment
Decide where finished goods go: Amazon, retail distribution, direct-to-consumer or all three. A fulfillment partner close to production cuts freight time and cost.
